You are judged based on your deeds - NOT your parents'

Nowadays most of the marriages are spoiled because of the husbands' or wives' unnecessary obedience to their parents! Islam says to be 'kind ' to their parents and not to say even a word like 'uff' to them! But never says to obey them if they ask you to go "unislamic"!! Only those parents who is negligent of Islamic rules and Shari'ah can advise their kids to go unislamic and they wouldn't have brought their kids up teaching them proper Islam! Hence it's quite natural for the kids to believe that whatever they say, has to be obeyed no matter if it's against Quran or Sunnah!! These kids can't be blamed. Parents are to be blamed. Yet, being adult and independant, who is open to all knowledge and current affairs, to the news and happenings around the world, who can think and take decisions, EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US HAS TO TRY TO READ AND KNOW WHAT'S Islam, has to PRACTICE WHAT ISLAM ENJOINS, has to STAY AWAY FROM WHAT ISLAM FORBIDS, because in the end, EACH ONE US IS JUDGED BASED ON OUR OWN DEEDS AND NOT OUR PARENTS'!!


Let's be sensible and Practising parents to our kids, and be the right models!! For that LET'S LEARN WHAT ISLAM ALLOWS AND WHAT'S FORBIDDEN!
